All appointments require a prepaid deposit when booking online.

Cancellations and rescheduling of an appointment are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, where deposits can be carried over. 

Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the service that was booked (including the deposit already paid).

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule, and may have to wait longer for the next available appointment. You wil
